For each sale we develop an exclusive written agreement; research, inspect, and evaluate your items then price accordingly; organize and display saleable items; advertise and promote the sale on the internet (craigslist, our website) and in the local paper; send emails to collectors, antiques dealers and others that buy heavily at estate and yard sales, and we provide street signage specific to the sale. After the sale we can arrange for the removal of unsold items in a timely way. Within one week, we can provide a total reconciliation showing the most important items sold.
